Our Chemical Service includes testing and adjusting free chlorine, pH, total alkalinity, and calcium hardness. We test and balance free chlorine and pH on a weekly basis. Total alkalinity is routinely monitored throughout the year to maintain water balance and comfort. Calcium hardness is tested and adjusted as needed annually in the spring.

Chemical and Filter Service (Chem/Filter)

Our Chem/Filter Service includes everything in the Chemical Service, plus emptying all baskets, cleaner bags, leaf traps, and cleaning filters as often as needed to maintain optimal flow and filtration. We also check the equipment for proper function and perform repairs as needed.

Full Service

Our Full Service includes all services listed above, plus brushing the steps, seats, spa, and any dirt and debris from the walls. We also remove debris from the pool water with a net.

Additional Pool Maintenance Services and Add-ons

Brushing

Add brushing to any service level to help prevent dirt from settling and maintain the integrity and color of your pool surface. We typically brush the steps, seats, and spa, and include the walls if they are dirty. Please let us know if you have any specific preferences.

Vacuuming

You can add vacuuming as a one-time service or on an ongoing basis. Please inquire for more details.

Filter Cleaning

Filter cleaning is included in most of our monthly service rates. You can also add a one-time filter cleaning if needed. Non-service customers are encouraged to inquire about our filter cleaning service as well.

Repairs

Note: We are not custom pool builders or installers and will not be able to service major repairs to your pool.

We can perform any needed small or maintenance repairs for our weekly service customers. Small repairs are completed as soon as possible during a weekly service visit, often on the same day they are discovered. Larger repairs are discussed with the customer, planned, and scheduled based on your preferences and budget.

All weekly services include Pool Rx and conditioner used at the beginning of the swim season, throughout the season, or both. There is a one-time, annual spring charge for Pool Rx and conditioner, which will be explained prior to starting service.
